Celebrate your child’s special day in nature with a relaxed, magical forest school party 🥳

Our parties are gentle, child-led and full of space to play, explore and connect, a slower, more natural way to celebrate. Suitable for children up to 8 years old.

We always aim to make the birthday child feel extra special. We begin with a warm welcome and finish with a final campfire gathering in the last 15 minutes.

If your child has visited before or has specific interests, favourite colours or toys, do let us know, we’ll do our best to include these to personalise the celebration.

We can also accommodate larger groups and dietary needs (e.g. vegan marshmallows, free-from biscuits) wherever possible, just let us know.

🌿 What to Expect
• Private 2-hour party session
• Free-flow play including mud kitchen, swings, hammocks, digging & sensory play
• Campfire with marshmallow toasting
• Special birthday moments around the fire

🕒 Party Times
Morning: 10:15 – 12:15
Afternoon: 1:15 – 3:15

🥳 Party Package
• £205 for up to 14 children & 18 adults
(Babies under 12 months are free)

Includes:
• Private use of the forest school site
• Campfire & marshmallows
• Hot drinks for adults
• Squash & water for children

✨ Optional Extras
• Extra children (12 months–8 years): £10 per child
• Extra children (9–15 years): £5 per child
• Extra adults & children (16+): £1 per attendee
• Campfire treats: £1 per child
(S’mores or biscuit decorating can be added later)

📅 How to Book
• Select your preferred date below and pay the deposit to secure your party

🎉 Party Terms & Conditions

💳 Booking & Payment
• A 30% non-refundable deposit of £61.50 is required to secure your booking
• The remaining balance is due 10 days before your party
• Final numbers must be confirmed and paid for at this stage
** Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for guests who do not attend after this point, however names can be changed at any time.
• You may cancel up to 10 days before your party without owing the remaining balance

🌦 Weather
We go ahead rain or shine, so please dress appropriately and bring spare clothes

We are fully outdoors and have no shelter except for tree covering

In the rare event of extreme weather (e.g. thunderstorms or high winds), we may need to postpone your party

If a new date cannot be agreed, a full refund will be provided

👨‍👩‍👧 Guests & Numbers
• Additional guests must be paid for in advance
• If extra guests arrive on the day who are not included in your confirmed numbers, additional payment will be required
• We understand that guests sometimes bring siblings , these are very welcome if you are happy for them to join. Payment will be requested on the day to cover their attendance

📍 On the Day
• Thrive Nature Adventures is not responsible for lost or damaged belongings
• Children remain the responsibility of their attending adults at all times unless agreed otherwise
• We reserve the right to make small adjustments where needed to ensure safety and enjoyment for all
