Calmer Yoga - Balancing the mind and body ♡
Hi, my name is Lucy and I offer small group classes in Heaton Moor based on the Ashtanga series. We gently explore a number of postures and focus on linking movement with the breath to bring calmness to the mind and body. You will learn to listen to your own body and work at a level that feels right for you. The class will include some restorative poses and will end with a guided relaxation.
Classes are available on a pay as you go basis at £10 per session, or you can book a block of 6 classes and save 20%.
