The Heat Shack

A warm welcome from The Heat Shack! We’re a mobile wooden barrel sauna that seats up to 6 people. Location Ballyrisode Beach, Toormore Bay, West Cork. Just 5 minutes from Goleen and 12 minutes drive from Schull.

Enjoy the benefits our sauna gives you. Experience total relaxation, skin rejuvenation, detoxification, recovery of the muscles, increase metabolism, pain reduction, improve sleep, and reduced stress.

Please bring enough water with you to keep you hydrated during your session. Also, a towel for our bench inside the sauna. This helps keep our sauna hygienic and easier for us to clean for our next customers.
You must not use sauna if you: suffer from high or low blood pressure or any heart or circulatory disorder or suffer from epilepsy or diabetes; are pregnant; or are prone to dizziness or fainting

1 hour - €20 per person
