Short Breaks

During the holidays a range of providers run targeted or specialist activities of disabled children and young people. Places on these activities are for children who qualify for direct access short breaks. More information https://www.plymouth.gov.uk/shortbreaksleisureactivitiesdisabledchildren. The information you provide will be shared with the activity provider and Plymouth City Council Short Breaks Team in order to facilitate delivery of the service safely and effectively. We will not give your personal information to anyone else. Places are offered on a first come first served basis. If the activity is fully booked you will be placed on a waiting list, you will be contacted by email if a place becomes available.

Payment/Cancellation Policy:
All sessions should be paid for in advance, where possible, if you are unable to pay online via PayPal or Debit/Credit Card please contact us on 01752 300 700 to arrange payment.

Sessions are non-refundable when cancellation is received within 5 working days of the session. A 25% admin fee will apply to all cancellations received more than 5 working days in advance of the session.
