Optimise Overflow can be found at 65 Stirling Street, Alva , it contains a yoga studio and holistic treatment room. We offer a range of classes and treatments, the treatments can be booked by calling 07466540239

All of Susan's classes can be booked through this page, she offers gentle yoga, chair yoga and yin yoga none of which require any previous experience, the classes are informal and non competitive.

The timetable is as follows

Chair Yoga Level 2 Tuesdays 11am - 12 noon

Chair Yoga Thursdays 10am - 11am

Restorative Yoga With Reiki Wednesdays 10.15am - 11.15am

Gentle Yoga Tuesdays 7pm - 8pm
Thursdays 11.30- 12.30
