Em Harris Yoga

I teach Vinyasa and Yin yoga. Vinyasa yoga sequences Asana (poses) so they ‘flow’ together and are combined with the breath. Yin Yoga is a more passive practice, with postures being held for longer.I believe yoga is for everyone and that all bodies are not the same, so your yoga practice will be specific to you. I offer options in class, so everyone can feel included. I offer group and private lessons, as well as workshops, check my schedule for details.

Refund policy

If you cancel a class more then three hours before the start of the class, I can transfer your credit to another class. I am unable to transfer your class credit, if a cancellation is made three hours or less from the start of the class.

If you cancel the class more 24 hours or more then I can transfer or issue a full refund. If cancel the class for any reason, you will receive a refund for the cancelled class.
