COURSE PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Payment
   Your place in the course can only be confirmed upon full payment of the course fee, prior to the start of the course.

2. Refunds
   Course fees shall be non-refundable except as set out in paragraphs 3 and 4 below.

3. Cancellation
   There may be unforeseen circumstances in which we need to cancel the course. In such circumstances, where the course has already started we will issue you a partial refund proportional to the number of sessions which have been cancelled. In the event that we have to cancel a course prior to it beginning we will issue you a full refund.
   We will make every effort to provide you with the refund within 7 days from the date of cancellation.

4. Postponement
   There may be unforeseen circumstances in which we need to postpone the course to a later date. In such circumstances, we will contact you with the new dates as soon as possible.
   You’ll have 7 days to confirm whether you want to transfer your registration to the new date.
   If you do not confirm within 7 days, or if you are unable to attend the new dates, we will issue you a full refund.
   We will make every effort to provide you with the refund within 7 days from the date of cancellation.

5. Lockdown
   In the event of a local or national Lockdown prevents in-person classes we will transfer classes online. If we are unable to transfer classes online the course will be cancelled.
   Where classes are transferred online the course remains non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued in the case of cancellation.
