CANCELATION /TRANSFER POLICY

  1. Bookings can only be transferred to another date if STRICTLY 24 HOUR NOTICE GIVEN.
  2. Bookings can only be transferred once.
  3. If you message me to state you can’t make a booking date( but don’t state a new transfer date there and then ) members are not permitted to request a booking down the line to replace those classes.
  4. If a member states they cant attend class but they were on a booking with someone else and request both bookings to be transferred.. only the non attending member can be transferred.
  5. Strictly no cash refunds are given only booking transfer (if applies) as the booking site take a percentage of all booking fees so it would cost me to cash refund for any cancellations .
  6. If you have 3 straight up no shows against your name bookings will be blocked for a period of time.

SPACES BOOKED OUTWITH BOOKING SYSTEM

  1. Any cancellation spaces you take are treated like a normal booking and same T&C’s applies.
  2. If you’re paying at class and don’t show that class fee will still be due.
  3. If you take a space outwith booking site for any reason ( and haven’t transferred fees and looking to pay at class) and cancel less than 24 hours before that class is due to take place fees are still due.
  4. Ideally any spaces grabbed fees will be transferred before the class.

LOYALTY CARDS

  1. Card must be brought to class to receive a stamp. Stamps cannot be back dated.
  2. Cards will be presented at the start of class now ( I know it’s a bit hectic at the end of class ) and I trust you all totally but only myself will punch your card going forward.
  3. Once card is filled write your class date you want to be booked for on back and give to me.
  4. No saving up cards and presenting multiplies at a time as you will only receive a fresh card on your next attended class to start a fresh block if your completed one is handed in.
  5. If card is lost you will need to restart no back dated stamps can be issued .
  6. No sharing cards with another bouncer.
  7. If someone else keeps your card for you and they are not in attendance the no card no stamp
