Forest Play & Adventurer Sessions at the Wyre Forest

My aim is to re-connect children and families with nature. In a world where technology & screen time plays an ever increasing role, we need time to be outside, to play, to explore, without pressure, without expectation...just to "be"

PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND THE SESSION IF YOU OR A MEMBER OF YOUR FAMILY BUBBLE ARE EXPERIENCING POSSIBLE COVID-19 SYMPTOMS, HAVE BEEN ASKED TO ISOLATE OR HAVE RECIEVED A RECENT POSITIVE TEST

Current Sessions on offer include:
FOREST PLAY - Free play sessions on Fridays for Pre-School children to safely explore the Forest School site. There are play stations and activities to choose from including Mud Kitchen / Mud Puddles / Nature based craft / Scavenger Hunts / Den Building etc. Hot drinks and snacks will be available for everyone and there may be opportunity to enjoy food cooked on the campfire.
Single session tickets are available for each Friday, there is also a DISCOUNTED course ticket available for the half termly block.

FOREST ADVENTURERS - For older Pre-Schoolers (3+) wanting a bit more of a challenge. This session is held on Wednesday and has fewer people attending therefore allowing the Forest School Leader to play an active role in teaching the children how to safely use tools such as saws / hammers / drills etc and also to have a go at lighting the fire and doing their own cooking.
